ACT Greens MLA, Shane Rattenbury, is calling for community involvement in planning for the Manuka precinct and a comprehensive community consultation process following concerns raised by residents in response to an unsolicited bid to develop Manuka Oval.

“I have received considerable constituent feedback on the GWS and Grocon proposal for Manuka Oval, both about the proposal itself and the unsolicited bid process. The ACT Greens agree with many of the concerns within the community including issues around heritage and scale,” said Mr Rattenbury.
