ACT Greens for Marriage Equality information and planning meeting

The ACT Greens have always been committed to marriage equality. Whilst the Greens will fight every day to bin this harmful and costly postal plebiscite, if it goes ahead, we are willing to do what it takes to show that Australians support marriage equality. We believe that the majority of Australians already support marriage equality, but that we need a strong campaign to encourage people to vote for marriage equality in a postal plebiscite.

To prepare for this campaign, the ACT Greens will be hosting an information and planning session. The session will be to discuss what the ACT Greens can do to support a vote for marriage equality. The meeting will take place from 10am-11:30am on Sunday 20 August in the Aids Action Council meeting room in Havelock House.

If you are interested in volunteering in the ACT Greens campaign for Marriage Equality, this is a great opportunity to contribute ideas, skills and talents to help love win.

With love,

ACT Greens.
